Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me and my Wife pick out a Core i7 machine for WFH use. Excellent Selection of Desktops and Laptops, and a plethora of Monitors, Keyboards, Mice and other accessories. Highly recommend and we'll be back in the future.

If you don't have a lot of cash to spend on a PC or other electronics item, this place is where you go. Small businesses should take advantage of the great deals they have on business computer systems. Also, don't throw away your older electronics. Bring them here for refreshing or recycling. Help keep useful tech out of the landfill. I've found lots of vintage items here also. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

If you're looking for used PC parts for a nice beginner unit this is THE place to go in Omaha! Sold me a used power supply no other store had for a great price and it works perfect! Excellent customer service too will surely be recommending this place to friends and family! Thanks again!

Fantastic source for vintage computers, components, and more recent systems as well. Genuine and sincere staff - Neil was a great help with my want list of upgrades today. Will absolutely visit next time I'm in Omaha!

The Redeemed Team are fantastic. Always very helpful in a courteous and respectful manner. No air of intellectual superiority or ignorance shaming with these techies. Just caring people doing the good work of keeping the people's resource usage footprint on this planet small while consciously lessening the growing tech imbalance between the striving and the alive-ing. Very knowledgeable staff, yet humble enough to say "IDK, but I'll find out!" They stand by their sales despite practically giving away their stock, including hard to find components, adapters, and whole package PC's. You'd do yourself a service in just stopping by and checking Neil & Co. out, even, or probably best, if you aren't in a pinch, to enjoy all that they have on the cheap, cheap. Or go in crisis 'sich. If they don't have it, they'll gladly steer you to it.

Stopped into Redeemed this afternoon, looking for a docking station and a couple of display cables to finish upgrading my home workspace. Not being an encyclopedia of pc hardware lingo, I approached the counter and described to Neil what I was doing and what I needed to complete my project. He knew exactly what I needed based on my descriptions, "like HDMI, but with a square side," was my answer when he asked me about the connections on my new to me monitors. When he brought the docking station to the counter, Neil even advised me what drivers to download so it would work properly. $29.40 and some of the best customer service anyone could ever want, and I was on my way to connect my 2 auxiliary monitors. I'll be frequenting this establishment for my computer needs moving forward. Thank you, Neil! Bonus that my printer is connected to the docking station, too, and is working perfectly!

Outstanding experience at Redeemed Computers. I stopped in just before closing while traveling and realized I’d forgotten an essential charger. They took the time to help me find a solution and made a stressful situation much easier. The level of trust and kindness they showed says a lot about how they run their business. Truly appreciate the help and would absolutely recommend them.
